而「巧思蕉糖塔」這個名字是由
巧:巧克力
思:慕斯
蕉糖:經過焦糖拌炒的香蕉
這樣的搭配而取名的
口感吃起來有酥脆的餅皮,苦甜滑順的巧克力慕斯,焦糖香氣的香蕉餡。
